I need a spec sheet for a specific product I want to purchase, how can I get it?

Please visit our shop and search the product you would like the spec sheet for. Below in the product details field you will find a link that will take you directly to the spec sheet.

I want to view all of my past invoices and payments, how can I get this information?

No problem, we are here for you! Please use the Client Portal Button at the top of the page to view any Estimate, Invoices and even make a payment! If you have any troubles accessing your client portal or need Invoices via mail please contact Accounting@Sunrgy.com

I got a lower price from another distributor. Do you price match?

Sunrgy prides itself on its competitive rates. Please send your quote to your sales manager and we will do our best to match or beat the price!

Do you carry electrical products as well?

Yes, we carry all items needed for your solar installation including breakers, line side taps, conduit and much more!

What areas do you deliver to?

Sunrgy has a wonderful logistics team and can deliver products anywhere within the United States. Please keep in mind anything outside of 100 miles from our headquarters is subject to an additional shipping fee.

What payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover & Check. Please note if paying by check and the amount supersedes $1500.00, we will hold the order until the check is cleared.

Do you keep my credit card on file?

Yes, in order to open an account, we require a valid credit card to be on file at all times. The card will not be charged unless instructed.

Is leaving my credit card on file safe?

Yes, at Sunrgy we have stringent security measures to ensure your full credit card information is not viewable by any employee (Including our accounting department). The only information viewable in our systems is the last 4- digits of your credit card so if you have multiple on file please specify which one you would like to use for your orders.

Product Purchasing

How do I purchase products?

Please visit sign up page and complete the application. An Account manager will reach out to you and assist you in setting you up with your account as well as procuring any products you may need.

Can you create a BOM for me?

Our Staff at Sunrgy Solar Distribution is well trained in creating BOM’s for clients. Please send us over any plans and or information you have to Sales@Sunrgy.com and we are more than glad to assist.

What if you do not have a product that I am looking for?

Not to worry, The Sunrgy Sourcing team will assist you in procuring any product you need at a competitive price!

How can I find out if you have a specific product in stock currently?

Reach out to us at Sales@Sunrgy.com and we can let you know if the product is currently available or out of stock for the moment.

Can I pick up my orders?

Sure! Sunrgy offers client pick up. Just stop on by we are more than happy to give you a tour of our facilities as well.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?

Our new order cut off time is 3:00PM one day prior to delivery. For example, if you order on Monday before 3:00PM your products will be available for delivery Tuesday at 8:00AM. (Please note availability may be limited dependent on our stock levels for specific products)

Can I pick up my order after 3:00PM if I order my products the same day?

Yes! You can pick up your items same day dependent on availability of the product you are purchasing.

What is your sales process?

You complete your client application. You request the products you need by sending over a site plan or speaking to your sales manager. We send you a quote. If you approve the quote we will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment is confirmed we will ship out your products.

Does Sunrgy have credit terms?

Yes, Sunrgy Solar Distribution offers a wide variety of credit terms for small and large clients. We offer NET 7, NET 14, NET 21, and NET 30 accounts. To fill out a credit application please go to the navigation bar and select credit and submit. If approved we will provide your line of credit as soon as 24 hours.

Online Ordering

How do I order your products online?

You can order our products by selecting Shop in the navigation bar. Then select and add the items to your cart. Select the check out button and proceed to complete all of the data requested.

How much does shipping cost for an online order?

Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout dependent upon your location.

If I order online, can I pick up at your location?

Yes, please select the field that says Pick Up upon check out and select the location you would like to pick up your product from.

Is there any way to purchase your products online that are not directly through your website?

Yes, we currently sell all of our products through multiple sales channels such as eBay, Esty & Amazon. Please reach out to us at sales@Sunrgy.com and a sales associate can send you a direct link to the product you are looking for through one of our other sales channels.

Can I cancel an online order?

Yes, when ordered online if the products have not left our warehouse you may cancel your order with no re-stocking charges. To do this please email Accounting@Sunrgy.com

Return & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange my product?

Please go to the navigation bar and under the resources tab you will find a document to assist in the return / exchange process.

Do I get a full refund if the items were delivered damaged?

Yes, If the items arrived damaged please take pictures of the packaging as well as video during the un-packing process.

What if I buy something but do not need it?

If the product has not been used and is in original packing we will provide a refund yet it is subject to a 5% restocking fee.

What if I buy a product, use it and would like to return it?

You can still return the product and we will provide a refund. The refund will be subject to a 15% re-stocking and repacking fee if the items are not in the original packaging. (Certain Products are not eligible for refund once used please reach out to your sales manager for further information)

What if I receive my item and it does not work?

At Sunrgy we have a simple RMA process that will allow you to immediately switch your items if they arrive in non-working condition. (Certain products require a directly Manufacturer RMA. Please reach out to your Sales Manager for more information on products we directly RMA)

Can I exchange my product?

Yes, we take exchanges if the products are in new condition and original packing. If they are not they will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
